The Bowflex Extreme is a Home Gym of the brand Bowflex. Nautilus Inc. manufacturers Bowflex and got some other great names in their portfolio; Nautilus, Schwinn Fitness, Stairmaster and Universal are highly recommended in the Fitness industry. The brands that Nautilus Inc. carries manufactures a line of innovative health and fitness products through commercial, specialty retail, direct, international channels and retail. Nautilus is one of the world leaders in health and fitness equipment. The brand Nautilus offers home gyms, benches and accessories. The brand Schwinn Fitness is more specialized in Exercise Bikes, Elliptical Trainers and also accessories for their equipment. Stairmaster is about Stepping and Stairclimbing equipment. The brand Bowflex haves the biggest variety of products in their product line. There are Bowflex Home Gyms, Dumbbells, Treadclimber Machines, Treadmills, Benches, Apparel and Accessories in their assortment. I am going to review the Bowflex Xtreme, one of their first Home Gyms.

People choose for a home gym for a couple of reasons. They are tired of paying the monthly fees of their local health club. Do not want to stand in line waiting for their machine to come available. With the Bowflex Extreme Gym you can do up to 65 exercises. The best way is to give yourself a deadline when to complete all 65 exercises. You will find out which exercise you like and which one is not for you. When you did that you can make a schedule and begin a good workout. With the Power Rod system you can change the resistance with 5 pounds.

Bowflex is offering a seven year warranty on materials and workmanship, the Power Rod units have a lifetime warranty. You will get a good deal on the warranty what proves for me that the Bowflex Extreme and all other Bowflex Home Gyms are top quality.
